Blizzards are never mixed correctly and this last time it took over 20 minutes for my mobile order to come out when I had ordered it 20 minutes before had on the app. One of my kids meal was missing their ice cream so you can imagine how well thatwent.

I love DQ ice cream, but the one I hate is that it is never completely mixed. I eat up and down there's all simple vanilla ice cream.

I arrived here at around 9:40/9:45ish pm last night during their open store hours only to be told by the employee on the headset once greeted at the drive through that they were closed? Yet I could see them serve other people minutes later! How ridiculous to deny a customer service for no reason! Utterly ridiculous! Service: 1
