Freshii - Grand Rapids

Unfriendly staff with bad attitudes, and my order was not correct. They also closed the restaurant early. It's concerning to think this is the level of service during tough economic times. Good luck to them.

We love Freshii for their food. Everything else is terrible at this location. Hours are never accurate, to include special signage in their door. We drive around 30 minutes to eat here, it 's not great when they are open according to everything and yet we get there and they are closed.

Excellent fresh made food.Would have given 5 stars if they had some condiments available.Vegetarian options: Almost all menu items can be vegetarian.

I was not satisfied with my online order from this restaurant. I requested the dressing on the side for my satay bowl, but it was mixed in. I also paid extra for avocado, but it was not included. The portion of rice noodles was very small. In the end, I felt like I had paid a high price for a bowl of mostly raw vegetables.

Can I have jalapeños on my $15 burrito please? Oh, it costs extra? Okay, never mind. I understand now why Freshii isn't very popular.
