Golden Wok - Grand Rapids

I absolutely love this restaurant! As someone with severe allergies, I can dine here without any worries. It's the only Chinese restaurant I will eat at, even though I have to drive for 30 minutes to get there.

Beautiful Chinese cuisine in a beautiful relaxing atmosphere. Egg foo yung was great. Hunan Shrimp, my favorite was lush and only the right level of hot n sharp. Best Chinese cuisine in Grand Rapids North Side.

Try the Mongolian chicken.... Egg drop is as always good...

Skip P.F. Chang's and try this place instead. The food is excellent; I highly recommend the chicken lo mein and the kung pao chicken. The service is quick, friendly, and budget-friendly. I visited for lunch once and was impressed by how fast the service was and how delicious the food was! Anyone who finds themselves waiting for a table at P.F. Chang's should definitely consider going to Golden Wok instead—it's not only better but also more affordable.

This is definitely our favorite restaurant! We just can't get enough of it! We used to live close by, and even though we've moved across town, we still make the drive to eat here. Be sure to request a table in Yen's section; she's fantastic! If you only try one thing, make sure it's the hot and sour soup. It's a family recipe, and honestly, it's the best in all of Grand Rapids!
