Jet's Pizza - Grand Rapids

They won't deliver just 12 minutes down the road to Ramsdale and M44, which is less than 5.5 miles!

I ordered delivery and paid with my credit card, giving a tip of over $10. When I placed the order, I said I wanted to tip the driver $5. However, my total charge ended up being over $40. They tried to change things on me again. I asked to tip the driver $7, and the person on the phone suggested $5 instead. This place really doesn't have a good grasp on customer service. The atmosphere is nice for hanging out, but they need to get the order right!

Got rid of her deep dish duo combo and then stole her prizes. 4 slices pizza for the same price as a big one anywhere else. absolutely crazy. it's good, but it's not worth it anymore.

Their pizza has always been amazing, but this time i got TWO grey hairs in BOTH slices of pizza i ate, i had to spit it out and throw it away because i didn 't want to go back to jets like a karen

Pizza is standard Jets. If picking up plan to add 15-20 minutes to their estimated pick up time. This has been my typical experience here.
