Went to the drive thru, got told I needed to go in, went in and sat through the line, only to see they were taking other drive thru orders. The old subway inside Meijer next door was 10,000 times better than this one, too bad it closed and we're left with this one.
I made an online order, but unfortunately was stuck at work. It had been well past an hour before I could finally get away for my break. I drive all the way to the store and inquire about my order. The manager says because of health reasons and sitting out for so long, they had to throw my sandwich away. Fine…completely understandable. I then requested for a new sandwich and was told they could but that I’d have to pay for a second sandwich. Umm, excuse me? I’m not paying again when my 1st order was thrown away. I then requested a refund and was denied. After a bit of arguing, I proceeded to say that I would just dispute it with my bank if they refused to help me. The manager very rudely said “go right ahead!” Worst customer service ever!!!
They hired these little kids that doesn't know what the heck they're doing, I ordered online the food was ready 30 minutes past my pick up time and no they were not busy cause 5 cars went to the drive thru ordered their food and left while i was waiting, i guess they don't take online order seriously. And the food was nasty i couldn't even eat it, I'm done with subway.
This subway is terrible! They never have anything to do! At some point, she just went through the drive, and she told me they didn't have a broth! Why are you open?! that's not the first time, a terrible one. I don't know how this place stays in business when they never have to serve. they go to another subway in the opposite place, they have everything.
