Taco Bell - Grand Rapids

I had two experiences at this restaurant. The first time, I was impressed with how quickly my food was prepared, but I realized that one of my items was missing. I went inside to inform them and waited at the front counter for fifteen minutes without anyone acknowledging me. There were two girls at the window and one on their phone, but no one made an effort to assist me, even though four employees could clearly see me waiting. The second time, we went through the drive-thru and three items from our order were missing. We paid for everything but did not receive it all, which was disappointing. Overall, the service was lacking and it was a waste of time and money.

I went inside because I wasn't sure what was on the menu since it seems to change a lot and I didn't want to tie up the drive-thru lane. The self-ordering machines weren't working, so the store manager stopped what she was doing to help me. That's customer service, y'all! I was able to get one of my tried-and-true favorites (a chili cheese burrito...so very yummy) and got the new cantina crispy chicken taco to try. It was delicious. Hopefully it will stay on the menu for a while.

I understand places are short staffed and can’t help it but this taco bell is terrible. i waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and had no apology for the wait. im usually VERY understanding of things like this but I saw multiple people standing around doing nothing and 2 people working extremely hard. i appreciate those 2 people who actually care about their customers time but to all the others, it was absolutely ridiculous. i was trying to kill time in between work and an appointment which i was late for because i waited and there’s no way to get out of that drive thru. my food was also cold, and they over filled my drink/didn’t put the lid on all the way so it spilled all over me and my car. if i could give negative stars i would! stay away

I’ll say this: there weren’t no meat in my meal and that made me happy. As much as I like stuffing meat into things, that doesn’t include my food. I’ve got to mention though, that things got sloppy and there weren’t no napkins. That’s why I deducted two stars. Overall I had a good time with this Taco Bell and as a long time supporter I think I’ll order again. But next time better have nappies. Thanks and good night.

Great laxative! awesome people! but... making regular tacos maybe to much for one of them. lol
