Texas Roadhouse - Grand Rapids

We have eaten tonight and the food was good; the service of jackie was however perfection. if only every server could be like it. friendly, informative, attentive, but not intrusive, etc. on each return we hope to sit in their section.

We ordered online and when we returned to home and opened our container when the effort started. we ordered cheeses and there were literally 10 pommes in the box. the children-Essenburger was absolutely ridiculous. the burger was 1/4 the size of the bungalow and burned. I ordered a steak, potato and rice. my food was excellent and had no problems. my man ordered chicken and rice, his eating was also great. I called and complained about the cheeses and child meal and the manager sent me a gift card so that our next meal would be free. large customer service and would give them another attempt.

Texas roadhouse. everything was great. the brot wasn't exactly what I remember, but still very good?

Eating was amazing! we have 2 steaks and both are perfectly cooked and the taste is amazing. the salate is also really good. I was just sad about rolling, where somehow hard and not fresh and soft as they are normally.

Fabulous restraunt. Five stars. Good food, better service. Efficient, love the decor and the singing was on par. 10/10 WILL go again. Probably for my next birthday.
