I ordered the combo plate, which included a beef enchilada, a beef tamale, and a beef chimichanga. Unfortunately, the quality of the beef in these dishes was subpar, and the flavors were similar to those of canned tamales. To top it off, the chimichanga was covered in processed cheese sauce. Overall, this was nowhere near the fresh, authentic Mexican food I was hoping for. I think I’ll stick to the west side of GR for my Mexican cravings from now on.
On Saturday night, the restaurant was quite busy, but we were seated quickly. Our server was very attentive, and our food arrived promptly. It was truly a feast for the senses, complemented by live music and a cozy atmosphere.
