Wendy's - Grand Rapids

Five stars for the best transit service we've experienced in decades! The staff was clear in their communication, friendly, and very patient. We wish we had caught the name of the woman who assisted us.

I had quite a unique experience at the restaurant. I ordered a combo and wasn't informed that it would come with Coke, yet it had that distinct Coke flavor. It was odd to notice how many Coke machines these days enhance the flavor of their drinks. It felt a bit surreal, like something out of the Twilight Zone, similar to the ice machine at McDonald's. I also requested extra onions, but to my surprise, that apparently meant I would only receive two rings instead of the one I expected. Honestly, I could have just bought a whole onion! Regardless of these quirks, I’ll be generous and give it four stars instead of three.

The staff is wonderful, and the food is quick and fresh. I haven't placed my order yet.
