Culver’s - Grand Rapods

I went through the drive through and asked an Oreo shake, the guy comes out with straight ice cream in a milkshake cup and a straw. How was I supposed to drink this? It was straight up solid ice cream. I had to go in and ask for a spoon to be able to eat my “milkshake.”

I wanted a burger not a mall Mayo sandwich. I called to let someone know.. he said give him a moment next thing I know the phone hung up I wanted to see if I would get a call back I never did so I called again got no answer...

Best butterburger with cheese. I normal will not eat a whole burger, but this was the best I have had.Kid-friendliness: Always a good place to take your kids or grandkids.

Normally Culver's is very good about not forgetting stuff, but today we didn't get a burger on our sandwich, pic attached. They also forgot the chocolate milk for my kids meal. It was too late to turn around and go back, let's just say disappointing.

Foods good, waiting 20 minutes in drive thru because they want to run the whole lines orders at once is pretty inconsiderate. Id like my food handed to me when done, not after 7 other cars are finished also.
