Jet's Pizza - Grand Rapods

Customer service was top notch, they said 20 minutes and it was ready in 20 minutes. I was impressed considering the busy dinner time on a snowy night. The Deep Dish Super Special was delicious and so were the Deep Dish Breaksticks! Perfect amount of toppings and both had a delicious crunch to them. We ordered extra sauce and they certainly don't skimp on that at all!We will for sure be ordering from this location next time!

Suppose to be delivered at 7 called them at 8:30 and they said door dash delivered but the door dash delivered to locked unlit office door and in -another 20 feet where he had to turn around would have seen this is where our employees park and enter. Common sense should prevail and deliver here or insure someone knows you left them set in them set on ledge in the snow. When I called the store they said the best they could do was a 10 dollar credit. The business I am employed by spend a good amount of money on a constant basis to have customer service say sorry for unfortunate circumstance and we aren’t gonna talkWith you about it and take a 10 dollar credit or don’t. With a snide undermining sarcastic tone in his voice. Terrible customer service. Rotten attitude seeming like he’s at the topOf the food chain talking down to a customer who is less than he is in his mind. I have to be under the impression this is how jets runs business at all their locations. To which none of my fellow employees will ever visit again by listening to their reactions . These folks were busting their butts getting pies made before the Lions game. They not only had great teamwork on the line, but also were giving great customer service at the counter.Pizza has always been great from this location. Way to go Kentwood store!

They wouldn't make my orders the way we wanted it ....they said they couldn't do what I asked which was only sprinkle Cajun seasoning on half of jet bread .... not complicated.....I get it done at other jets just this one wouldn't do
