Gus's Restaurant - Grand Sudbury

A quaint diner style restaurant with a family feel. Highly recommended if you are in Sudbury. We had great service from the owners and the food (souvlaki and falafel) was excellent. We also enjoyed a glass of greek wine.

Friendly servers but the food took forever to arrive. I was ordering take out: poutine and a burger and a pop. Came to $30 with a small tip. Dried out poutine with hardly any gravy and small amount of shredded cheese. Dried out burger as well Deluxe . Feel like a got ripped off. I shouldn 't be too surprise though Sudbury is chock full of overpriced low quality food offerings.

Small town gem that made us feel like family. The service was incredible, our server was energetic and fantastic. The food was delicious! The atlas burger was a homemade patty with double cheese, double bacon, homemade sauce with a fried egg and pickle on the side. We will be back for another piece of Baklava soon!

Had an amazing lunch at Gus’s! Love “mom pop” restaurants and this one did not disappoint. Truly one of the best chicken rice soups I’ve ever had. We had 2 plates, homemade lasagna smothered in tasty meat sauce. It was delicious, tender noodles with layers of delicious sauce. The other was the Gyro platter. It came with Greek salad and fries. The gyro was very tasty but the salad with homemade dressing was fabulous and the fresh cut fries were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant and highly recommend it to anyone passing through Sudbury looking for a great meal!

Gus's restaurant has great quality food, always has great portions of food on there plates , their workers are well mannered ,very nice and welcoming. The food there is always great and well cooked food , they have greek style cuisine and english cuisine , the hamburgers are real meat and and not fake frozen meat , the fries and chicken fingers are is my top thing off menu I always order and the chicken fingers they are good and very crispy, probably one of the best chicken fingers that I had. I would recommend to have one of the burgers at Gus's restaurant since they are real also .I would also say that the supper time probably has the best options but breakfast also has an amazing selection to choose from , Gus's restaurant I would recommend if someone that is in Sudbury is looking for some where to eat for breakfast , lunch or supper.
