Taco Bell - Grand Terrace

I was across the street today at an auto parts store during my lunch break. Needed to grab a bite to eat and saw this nice, new looking Taco Bell. After stopping in and placing my order I could believe how nice this place was. In matter of minute or two my meal was ready and I was eating. Thea staff was friendly, masked and doing a great job. I haven?t placed a review in a long while but I felt I had to give this place a 2 thumbs up. Clean, modern, pleasant with a new clean parking lot? I will be coming back. I haven't dined in yet, but the drive-thru is always pretty fast. Food is good. You can order online and there's a rewards program now on their app. I highly recommend trying the Supreme Doritos Locos Tacos. Delicious ????

At that point, I decided not to order, but with 6 cars behind me and the 3 cars ahead also trying to exit, it took me another 33 minutes to get through. In total, that’s 1 hour and 9 minutes for absolutely nothing. This location needs to be closed until they can implement proper training and management. I'm generally a patient person and don’t like to criticize businesses, but this was, by far, the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Please do not support a subpar establishment like the Grand Terrace Taco Bell.

The drive-thru was busy, so I decided to go inside to place my order. I was pleasantly surprised by the swift and friendly service I received. My food order was accurate, hot, and fresh. Great job, Taco Bell!

I visit this Taco Bell three times a week, and it’s definitely my favorite. I always receive fresh food, and the staff is incredibly fast. The cleanliness of the place is also a big plus for me. Happy hour is fantastic, and I always treat myself to a Mango Freeze—it’s my favorite! Other Taco Bells should aspire to meet the standards set by this location.
