Chez Marie - Grand-Vabre

I highly recommend this restaurant. We eart very well; prices are reasonables Je recommende ce restaurant on y mange très bien pour des prix imbattables.

Charming village restaurant where you get good food for reasonable money (something that probably won't the case in the touristy Conques nearby). Especially the lambs sweetbread (riz d'agneau) with forrest mushrooms was delicious. However the accompaniments were somewhat flawed. My artichoke was chewy and file with fibres and canned peas should be forbidden. But otherwise good value for money and charming atmosphere and kind service.

First went to chez Marie 10 years ago it was recommend to us and rightly so . Been on several occasions since and the standard has never slipped. Pleased to say yesterday was no different very good traditional French fare at very reasonable price in a very pleasant restaurant

Repas en groupe 94 personnes tout à fait réussi : cuisine délicieuse et de terroir tout est fait maison et le service est diligent . Le patron est présent et réactif nous reviendrons !

Very good reception, an exquisite soup that reminded me of my grandmother's soups. The dishes were perfect in quality and quantity. We had time and we had a nice time. Thank you and we'll be back.
