Harvey's - Grande Prairie

Harvey's usually has a promotion of some sort running and if you sign up for their weekly e-mail alerts they over up some sort of special pricing. You can usually get a burger, side and drink for 5.00 plus tax. They make a great fresh toppings burger with your choice of fixings. McDonalds has better fries and A&W has better onion rings. They make a good homespun milkshake but it can be too sweet. The burgers are on par with the other places excepting 5-guys which I think has the best burgers in town. Harvey gets top marks for value however. Staff are personable and friendly and the restaurant is very clean. The order line can get a bit congested as each burger is put together by your design. On average I eat here several times a month and more so than the other places.

Been here twice now, was not overly impressed the first time but second visit was much better. First time we went for burgers – had to see what the hype was all about – and found the service to be extremely slow and burgers not really worth the wait, they were fine but nothing special. Second time we just went for milkshakes and found the service to be very quick. Strawberry milkshake tasted like pink Nesquick syrup and was nothing special but the Nutella milkshake was out of this world fantastic! We may never go back for burgers but will for sure be back for milkshakes!

We were here a few times, sometimes his good and other times not great. we like the milkshakes on hot days, half the time is great and half, it is the same as drinking a glass of milk.

Angus Burger was great with Fritten. Space has low and high tables with corresponding heights of chairs (normal and bar stool high) Some tables have padded seats from a wall. Many windows.
