The bar had set up a karaoke level and several TV screens. There was a tractor in the lobby and a soap box Derby car inside. There were some VLTs.
I ordered the schnitzel and my brother got a hamburger, and we were both pleased with our choices. The food here is excellent, and the service is great as well. My only issue is with the annoying buzzing sound that keeps going off. I'm not sure if it's the phone or a notification for a Skip the Dishes order on an iPad, but it's really irritating because it happens frequently.
After a forest fire in Pink Mountain, I headed to GP. It was late and last call, but Terri was amazing! She was friendly, helped me order pizza from elsewhere, and represented Traders Jacks and GP excellently. If you ever find yourself in GP, make sure to ask for Terri and all your concerns will fade away.
We decided to try a restaurant in Grande Prairie and were extremely disappointed. We visited on a Saturday night and were concerned to see that an employee wearing pink was interacting with guests and clearing tables without a mask. No one in the restaurant was wearing masks. The wings on the platter were very crispy, but the rest of the food on the plate was greasy and fried. The spring rolls were the standout dish, but one of the sauces tasted like pizza sauce, which was not to our liking. Overall, we were most disappointed by the lack of respect for Covid precautions. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
TRactor jacks has been lucky enough to get the best pizza chef in the north. if you ever want to go out for lunch with friends or co-workers, and want to have a great pizza, or chicken fingers, try them out
