Dq Grill Chill - Grandview

Garbage, waited over 40mins for an online order but the kitchen threw our receipt out twice, kitchen was a huge mess with other orders. Ended with melted blizzards and lack of communication.

Sandwich was wrong and did not have both cheeses no tomato no lettuce was hard to

The cashier who took our order was extremely nice and friendly. Theyre always so nice here and the food is equally great. 10/10 would come

Fairly new DQ in Grandview in the beginning the service was terrible. Was being run by children who were there to goof off and had obviously never learned customer service. Thankfully it seems to have new staff management MUCH BETTER thank you! Of course food treats can't be beat it's great to have a DQ nearby.
