Ihop - Grandview

My son loves this place! He thinks it's a gourmet restaurant

From the moment we came in, we were treated so well! Tracy is an excellent attentive server! He made our breakfast so pleasant! I enjoyed the blue raspberry splash lemonade he recommended. The rest of the staff was also very attentive and I must also give my compliments to the cook! I got the Sirloin tips and eggs and was surprised how tasteful and delicate the Sirloin was and onions and mushrooms cooked for perfection! Will surely be back when our trips bring us back from this area!

The gentleman that served my family took our order, cooked our food and served us, all while having a great attitude, personable and witty. I mean come on now seriously, the world could more like this guy. Great food and a good time.

The food was okay. Nothing special especially for the price. And the pancakes have shrunk considerably since I last ate at an IHOP. I would have given it only 2 or 3 stars, but the service was outstanding. Unfortunately I have had to get used to mediocre service lately and not because places are short staffed. I am the general manager of a restaurant so I understand being short staffed, but the staff at a lot of places just don't understand the concept of customer service. This was not the case at the Grandview IHOP. From the host that seated me to my server, I was treated as an honored guest. I will go back because of the service I received.

Excellent service and good food. Our waitress was really nice, friendly and friendly. She came to the table as a sokn when we sat and took our drink order. She made our order right for the first time and came to our table several times and make sure we had everything we needed.
