I went through the drive-thru here on the night of 3/7 and proceeded to have one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant fast-food experiences I can recall. I’m bummed out about it too… because I love Wendy’s but now I feel like I can’t trust the integrity of this particular location. Like I said, I love Wendy’s, as I was just there last night (3/6). I was able to use my mobile app at the drive-thru window. However, on tonight’s occasion, the crew told me they “couldn’t do that right now”, referring to the mobile app. This incident cost me more , and I got less for not being able to take advantage of an offer I had planned on. I was also told that it’s not possible to use an offer a reward on the same order, which I find amusing because the internet says otherwise lol (see pic). To choose a location to eat based off of being able to use the in-app deals they advertise.. just to be told you can’t.. is extremely upsetting!
Doors were locked but drive thru was open. Went somewhere else.
Average speed drive through. Food was good. And the staff was friendly.Parking: The parking lot needs work.
Staff honored my unusual request for butter to go with the French toast sticks. Always ask?...
