Carrabba's Italian Grill - Grandville

Service was amazing!!! Waiter helped me with what to order and was knowledgeable, efficient, kind, and just overall great!! Food was fabulous, especially the bread and then the butter/oil concoction the waiter made for us!! 10/10 recommend!!!

We always enjoy excellent food and service. Always have to wait at least 30 minutes, even with plenty of empty tables. (Google directions were wrong.

The place was dirty. The food so so. This was my first time e to Carrabba's and most likely my last. Very disappointed!

Haven't been in years and was happy with the food and service.

Last night I had a reservation for 4 for your 7 fish and wine dinner. We arrived early and told we had to wait. I told the host with the list that we will be at the bar waiting. I went to the hostes and asked if they were ready and she said that they had already opened the seating. When we got to the designated area there were no 4 together seats left due to some people who had reservations for whatever brought extra patrons which caused the problem. But your staff stepped up and made a booth available for the 4 of us. It was perfect the presentation and the meal served by your staff without missing a step. Your manager made sure everything was going well for us. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Merry Christmas and we'll be seeing you soon.
