Olive Garden - Grandville

Had a party of 7 celebrating my daughter's birthday. Did the call ahead and had a bit of a hiccup with getting our table. However. The manager more than made it right. The server, Jack was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and extremelyfriendly. We definitely keep him busy and he always had a smile on his face. The food was was perfect and exactly how eachof us ordered it.

This is the first time in years since I've been to an Olive Garden. My past experiences at other ones have been horrible. However, this Olive Garden knocked it out of the park. Excellent food and service. Maddy was an awesome waitress. If anyone getsher for their table, they are getting great service. She went above and beyond to ensure the experience was a great one.

Came to celebrate Ethan's life as this was his favorite restaurant. He would always get upset because the bread sticks are so delicious that he would fill up on them and not leave room for the main course. He left this world exactly one year ago so weshare this meal in his memory. The salmon was cooked to perfection, the lasagna was absolutely delicious, the carbonara has agreat blend of flavors, and how can you go wrong with a taste of Italy? What a great day. Desert was strawberry cream cakechocolate brownie lasagna, tiramisu, and Italian doughnuts. Definitely had to take boxes home for tomorrow. Allie was a greatserver for us.

I took my mom out for her birthday dinner and our service was not so good we had to wait for everything, we didn't get any plates for our breadsticks, then when we asked for some it took until we got our soup, then when we had problems with that shedisappeared again and didn't show up until our dinner was there, our dinner was not good our noodles were hard chewy texture, chicken was tough like they reheated the chicken, , so don't get the chicken Alfredo you well be asking for trouble, then ourbreadsticks were hard, this was the worst birthday dinner the only thing that was good about the whole thing was the dessert, I truly wanted to enjoy my dinner but it was awful

My granddaughter I had been shopping and decided to eat dinner at this Olive Garden location. This was my granddaughter?s first experience at Olive Garden, being just seven years old she was a little skeptical. I have to say that our server, SARAS., made our entire visit one we will never forget! Sara went above and beyond to make our whole experience amazing! There?s somany positive things I could write but I?ll sum it up with one comment from my granddaughter?.?She is so nice that I wish shewas our server everywhere we go to eat!? ?? Also, the food was fresh, hot delicious! The restaurant was clean, organized andhad a very peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting this Olive Garden location!!!
