Contribuisci feedbackThe food was very good, the staff was very friendly and unlike most places right now, have been well staffed the last couple times we have gone. Could clean up tables and empty more frequently, but overall the restaurant is clean.
This was by far the most disappointing Qdoba experience I’ve had. There was no where near the sufficient number of staff members needed, working. They were out of cooked vegetables and guacamole. The portions were tiny and I think it was simply because the girl could see how long the line was and how empty her dishes were. Dishes that couldn’t be refilled because there appeared to be no one to refill them. The food we did have (nachos) was cold. Every table was dirty. Honestly, the entire experience was a mess.
It tasted fine like most other Qdoba locations but the time I went for lunch on a week day, they were out of lettuce, guacamole, fajita, cilantro, any pretty much anything green. That doesn't leave much, unfortunately.
Ordered ahead in app, waited in restaurant over 15 minutes past when food was supposed to be done while people would just come in and go through line and get food. What's point of ordering ahead on app when people who just come in get made their food first while app orderers wait forever. Advice, don't order ahead or you'll wait a lot longer than those who just come in
Disappointed last several times we have been in. Today I did a pickup order that was 20 mins late, rice was very under cooked and half the things I ordered were not in the burrito bowl. I feel for the employees trying their best but the service and quality lately is terrible.
