I had a birthday dinner here last night, and while our server was excellent, the food and drinks took far too long to arrive. The food itself was just okay; some dishes were missing their sides. We were informed that they had run out of those sides. Additionally, all eight of our desserts were served without any garnish—just a minuscule amount of whipped topping. Two of the desserts didn’t even have any sauce on them, as they had run out of that as well. RCB, it's time to stop cutting corners!

Atmosphere is really nice, but service is always so slow. 2nd time we walked out because our food and drink never showed up. Sad. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

We used to love the bistro! It was one of our favorite restaurants. We arrived Friday at 5:30. It was our anniversary. 75% of the seats were open inside and out, although we were told it would be 30 minute wait for the two of us and our 6 year old. We were told they would call us when ready. We checked in with the host after 45 minutes , since we did not get a text/call. We were told they did not know how much longer it would be and 2 more groups were in front of us. We continued to wait beyond an hour outside. We eventually left. We never received a text or call as of 9pm. I do not think we will be back for a while.
