The Sunday dinner at this restaurant was delicious, but the portions were on the smaller side, particularly the main course. When ordering a menu with sprouts and roasted potatoes, I would expect more than just one small potato and one and a half sprouts. The pureed plant portion was no bigger than a tablespoon and it was difficult to find the chestnuts in it. Overall, it felt like I would need to order three courses in order to feel fully satisfied.

Perfect in every way. We chose this for a special afternoon tea celebration for a birthday. Everything about the experience was exceptional. The food was wonderful, there was an excellent choice of teas to accompany the food and the service was attentive but discreet. We were not rushed at all and I would highly recommend Cedar Lodge.
