Reception and perfect meal. We took the discovery menu. It was just a pleasure. with special mention for the ravioli foie gras.

But what a culinary journey! we arrive in this very beautiful, welcoming and warm, very classy, while staying simple. The smiles are unfortunately always behind the masks. the fluidity of the servers transports us to our table. then the magic begins, a cup of champagne and a tasting of the mouth for the aperitif so this fabulous croque-monsieur. Yes, a gentleman crunches in a two-star, but what a taste, what a sweetness. while the butter and caramelized taste of this one left our palace. a blue duo crab came in front of our eyes and we are transported to the crab of citrus. Our eyes are scintillating, our taste buds are igniting. two, three exchanges with the room team between laughs and smiles. sacred jacques accompanied by a grilled coffee sabayon take place, this coffee taste that allows us to make the transition on liver ravioli. we still have a dish to discover and enjoy all these aromas. the kitchen offers a torsion with this sorbet with grapefruit and lemon. The freshness runs smoothly, the kitten stirring with a large avenger sauce of perfect cast iron, close the dishes. Wonderful dessert arrives, accompanied by mignardises ... then the digestive in the living room. we arrived at the end of our trip, we had never eaten dishes as well executed. thanks. thanks to the waiters, thanks to the kitchen, thanks to you jacques and Jean-Paul bertrand.

A wonderful moment...Yes, all the ingredients are there so you can enjoy a pleasant moment. From the entrance to the dessert the dishes are chained and make the happiness of your taste buds. No false note. the staff is there but always discreet and full of attention. We don't get tired of this place and the chief deserves these two stars a lot. We just want to get back there very fast.
