Chick-fil-a - Granite Bay

"This restaurant does not know how to make well-done fries. Okay... They served the soggiest, mushiest fries I have ever eaten. What a waste of money. I will not be returning to this place. Also, there were absolutely no sauces provided in the bag. Nice."

I ordered a grilled breakfast sandwich at the restaurant. They asked me to move from the drive-thru and wait outside. After waiting for 5 minutes, they brought me a sandwich that was burnt. I was in a rush and didn't have time to go back inside. I was the only car in the drive-thru, so I had expected my order to be quick.

Chic FIL A is always a great time. Little guy loves the play place, staff and service is always top notch. The food is pretty darn good too.

Quality of the food is great. Friendly staff. Not sure this location is short staffed but have had to wait excessively long times for simple orders, they have been incorrect on multiple occasions. When I have called, I am lucky to get an answer onthe phone. The only reason that I continue to visit this location is that it is close

I have had such consistently problematic experiences at this store that I now have to constantly go in and correct my order every time I use the drive-thru. I would prefer to drive to Pleasant Grove and visit that store instead.
