Oakwater - Granite Bay

The menu is fantastic! Great items. locally sourced, and priced well. The Hostess, Esmeralda, is a treat; cordial, knowledgeable, and attentive. Our server seemed new to the business. He did not know much about Chef Daniel, and was not at the same caliber as the menu/food is. Please make your servers as important as your food. We look forward to returning often!!

Food was good and portion sizes were about right. But the ambiance for a meal of this price was a little bit on the mechanical noisy side. They had two tables for two people each … side by side off in a corner. I think that the placement of them was off putting as those two tables were occupied and none of the other tables in that section were occupied. I doubt that we will go back due to the lack of ambiance.

Excellent service; courteous wait staff...loved the ambiance. The food was five star quality and prepared to perfection. One of the best restaurants in the area.

The food and service were excellent. The patio allowed us to eat right in the quarry pond. Beautiful setting!

Great. Portions a little small. But okay. Service was great. Looking forward to going back.
