I just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered $21 worth of food. The employee left his mic open and talked about how he hated his job and was sick of people in the drive thru. During that time at least 15 cars pulled into the drive thru line and left. I moved 1 car length and gave up and left. The owners of this establishment need to fire everyone in this store and start again. You lost at least 2 to 300 dollars worth of sales. Good luck!

Burger King in Granite city is always spot on. They are always friendly. The food is always great!! Keep The staff you have, and give them a raise.
For the price it's not good. They did not give reciept,we got home and was missing 2 orders of , mixed ,fries and onion rings. I called store and girl said come get when I can, I mean we don't eat out alot and don't eat burger King much, 2 weeks I tried to get them and girl in drive through with smart response said, you don't have receipt, and girl who said to come was fired, I said,that don't matter ,we paid for food we did not get and did not get receipt. She said, no ,you don't get it. Ya I'm mad n won't go there again. I don't care if a dollar or ten, this is our money we paid with and it's ridiculous it happens to often.I still want money back. She could look back ,she could if cameras , or call the girl I don't care, not my fault but somebody needs to find out how many this happens to.
