Lams Garden - Granite City

Their fried rice is the best I've ever tasted, and they serve an amazing chicken St. Paul sandwich! Update: 12/29/23 - I'm still just as pleased!

If you find yourself in Granite City, IL, I highly recommend trying this restaurant. The food is consistently excellent!

The food here is fantastic, and the service is exceptional! I highly recommend dining here for a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. Brandon, in particular, was very kind and attentive; he really turned my tough day around. Pearl, the owner, is amazing, and I’m thrilled to support a local family-owned business in my area!

Very good Chinese food! To start I got the wonton soup and added veggies it was really good and the crisps were good and fresh. I got the Mongolian chicken combo meal that I thought came with egg roll and choice of something else but they didn't bring my egg role because I said wonton but they brought me one at no extra charge. I asked for my chicken. To be spicy and they did a good job of kicking it up a notch. The chicken was super tender and delicious. The fried rice was really good and the egg roll was also good. The fried wontons were different but good. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely visit again.

The rice here is excellent! Just a heads up, they only accept cash and do not take credit cards.
