Mcdonald's - Granite City

Although this McDonald's has had its fair share of issues, they have shown improvement lately. The breakfast crew is particularly commendable.

The food at this restaurant is tasty, but there were some mistakes made during my visit. My Sprite was actually soda water, I didn't receive a straw, and the fries were unsalted. However, despite these issues, the overall food quality was good.

I tried not to have high expectations, but I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My soda came without any ice, the fries were stale, and the burger was dry with minimal sauces and toppings I had requested to be removed. It was the driest burger I have ever eaten.

They always messing up someone order, and they shake mach was done so i asked for 2 two drinks for replacement and they got an attitude with my dasher. this is the worst one in the city honestly

Chicken McGriddle was burnt. The items were poorly packaged. Seems like they just threw the items in the bag. Sandwiches were falling out of packaging.
