Spotless room, wonderful eating, friendly owners and staff. I can't do enough for you. good choice of drinks in the bar, and a farm with great meat we always go before we go.

We were here en route from e sussex to lancashire. the rooms were fantastic with great love to detail, especially the showerhead is high enough for my 2m frame! the food was enormous for and the portions and I can eat! . the personal was of lesley and john minenwirten to the beautiful wait and odin and fergus the dogs enthusiastic. I can't wait until the chance comes back

Our daughter treated us to a Christmas dinner. that enjoyed it very much. eating is the best we had from a pub. we will be back as eating over normal portions and the money is worth x

The food portions are enormous. The pate starter could be half the size.Three sausages is one over the top 2 would be sufficient. The room was well presented. The breakfast coffee arrangement could be improved by having a coffee pot on the breakfast table. Generally I was impressed with the service,the staff and the ambiance.

On first arrival, you find yourself thinking this pub looks good! Set in a pretty village with a big garden and plenty of parking. Fortunately, first impressions are absolutely correct this pub serves superb food, and plenty of it! My family and I enjoyed a sensational Sunday lunch here. The little farm shop next door is fun to visit, too. Highly recommended!
