This is by far the worst I've ever seen black forest took an hour and a half for my children to get food and they were also banned my children my nephews and my family cuz our kids have autism and nonverbal and can only make sounds is how they talk if your children are noisy and have autism or a disability they might ban you and my family has been coming here for years

One hour from arrival to food on the table. We never did get menus. Pretty much served our own coffee. The food would have to incredible to keep our business, it’s not. We were regulars, but I don’t see us continuing, usually 9 of us but I think it’s time to move on.I will say they try very hard, they just don’t have the people.

Over all I've really enjoyed myself each time I'm there. The staff have a tendency of remembering what you order each time. My only chief complaint is, a few times when I've ordered a large orange juice, I keep getting a small. Otherwise everything has been spot on.

The wait was incredibly long on a Sunday morning. The staff were nice and the food was good. Great prices!!
