This experience was horrible. We ordered a wedding cake and spent about an hour going over what we wanted. We even showed them pictures of what we wanted. We wanted separate cakes that were going to be placed on pullers. We discussed how many flowers we would need for the tops of each cake. We ordered different flavored cakes as well. When we picked up the cake it was stacked as a 4 tier cake. The decoration was not really what we asked for. On top of that the cake crumbled when we cut it, just fell apart. When I tried to talk to the bakery about it I was told too bad I should have returned it and that the cake really didn’t matter as long as I got married. The customer service was awful, they were very rude and didn’t seem to care how upset the bride was. They said it was my fault because I signed the invoice. They are the bakery and they should know what to write on the invoice for the cake that they are making. The pictures below show what we wanted and what we got. We had planned on ordering a birthday cake from them but after the way we were treated we will go somewhere else.

We drove over 40 minutes to try out the Dole whip which they advertised as a daily special. Well when we got there the door was open the open sign was up and we headed in only to be told they were closed. I had a very upset 5 year old with me. Will not waste the drive time again. Kind of felt like false advertising.

The ice cream is so creamy. And the french fries are good too. That's what I mean we get here.

Always amazing cupcakes! And amazing service. I'd recommend to anyone needing yummy cake/cupcakes!!

Really nice job on our cake. The sponge was not overly sweet and held up to the strawberry jam filling. Great fondant work on the decorations. It would be nice to be able to see pictures of your cakes in the store instead of scrolling through FB and Instagram.
