Contribuisci feedbackBoth items in my order were wrong. One item was supposed to have banana added (I paid extra for that), and there was no banana. There were also no strawberries in my strawberry slush with nerds.Also,I ordered ahead, and checked in on time... My stall showed as me being checked in and nobody came for over 15 minutes. We had to press the button again and only then did they come out soon after. I regret tipping ahead of time because of the poor service. I'll never be tipping ahead of time again.This location seems to consistently have problems with enough help to get it done. I imagine these people are stressed out to the max. Maybe offer better pay and benefits options to your employees and potential employees in order to get them to be more magnetic and want to stay in the job. If you guys can't figure this out, you should probably just close. I hate to say that because I'd really miss having what I like to order at Sonic, but if they can't get it right in a reasonable amount of time consistently, then it's just not worth it. I'm sure I'm not the only one saying this.Please... Either fix this, or close.
No complaints at all loved it. Quick and easy great food. My daughter didnt refuse food this time lol.
We went there tonight to get the reba sweetheart meal and all of the sudden we go told no on the speaker from a worker when it on the menu and everything not ever going back thanks for ruin valentines
30 minutes. Only to pull up to the window and STILL have to wait. Ridiculous.
