The food is always fresh, but when I visited with my kids, the staff primarily consisted of high school students who seemed like they would rather be elsewhere—likely just trying to earn some summer money before school starts. This lack of enthusiasm is a bit off-putting, and at times, the sandwiches looked like they had been made by the Cookie Monster! Despite this, the sandwiches are still delicious. I also think it would be a great idea if they offered a day where everything is just $5, as they are already affordable.
This metro location is one of the best. I've eaten there several times, and the sandwiches are delicious, with excellent service. The next time you're in the area, you should definitely stop by!
I had to come back and give more than 5 stars. I went last week and ordered three foot sections. one was a flat brot speck, egg and cheese with my fixations. I got home and found it cold. like the toaster oven didn't work right or so. we live close to happiness and I could go back. the kerl not only worked new, but he heated it up again and I had to take both. it was so nice of him and my man has appreciated the extra sandwich! thank you! also the new teriyaki sweet twill sauce is amazing!
The service was amazing and the kid working there was by himself and worked the drive thru like a boss. I was there with my client and she was short with payment and his told her he'd pay the rest and didn't have to. Would give more then five stars if I could. They better hold on to him because good hard working employees are very hard to come by!
