Taco Bell - Grants Pass

Counter help going out in a year. Kiosk only to order food. Once that happens Taco Bell will be off my list.

The drive-thru was extremely backed up, people were backing out and driving off to a different location. We decided to go in and there was a lobby full of people waiting for their food. We were waiting to order but nobody came to the counter come to find out one of the people waiting for their food so we had to order off of the kiosk. I like to have personal connection when it comes to ordering my food not no stupid computer. But I had to have a customer tell me how to order my food. Not one of the workers. Very disappointed in Taco Bell as I really wanted tacos for dinner ended up going to Red Robin instead.

Completely disgusting. Watched three employees basically smoke right in the front entry door way with door open an then through cigarette buds right in front of the door way. Very disrespectful customer

The drive thru service person was so polite and friendly.

I was greeted by Joshua and what a kind, and personable person! You can tell he enjoys his job. It was really nice to see someone having fun working a drive-thru. :
