Sunshine Ice Shack - Grantsville

Went to drive thru but because how the bhut is setup it is very hard to get close. So, my husband went to counter to be told its the drive up and we need to pull over there. But, instead of taking or order the very rude teenager helped her friends that came after us at the walk up first, all 5 of them. Will never go back, rather not have a very expensive snowcone then to deal with a very rude teen. Service: 1

Was really excited to try out this place. The customer service was subpar. The girls were not enthusiastic and were very rude when I saw them making the snowcone without ice cream and cream even though I ordered one of the combination flavors and directly on the sign, it said that all of those flavors came with ice cream and cream, and the girl tells me I have to ask for it. They then make my daughter snow cone. It was supposed to be a small flat top snowcone and instead they fill it up like 3/4 the way. So that is a complete rob of my money. Overall the snowcones taste delicious which is too bad that the customer service was awful.

Went once had a terrible experience, went again and Keilani made the best snow cone of my life. Give Keilani a raise.
