The lady in charge was very friendly and stressed the importance of her staff speaking English, even though my husband spoke French! We decided to try some local cider with our meal for a change from wine, and it was very refreshing. Our starter of goat's cheese crumble was unusual and delicious. We enjoyed our meal and would recommend it.
Only opened two months ago, family run restaurant. Medium sized menu, short winelist, very reasonable prized. Mainly meat and mussels when we were there, but menu changes daily. Food of good quality, very nice dessert, forgot the name. Nicely decorated with paintings of local artist. € 55 for main, dessert and bottle of wine. Give it a try.
This restaurant was only open a week when we visited and we were really glad we did. The staff, a family run establishment, couldn't do enough for us and were tremendously helpful and attentive, going to great lengths to translate the menu which offered a wide variety of choices.Even though we didn't order a starter they provided slices of various meats including Parma ham, sausage, salami and pate and the bread it came with was delicious. We had steak, burgers, and curried chicken, all good, but the menu was comprehensive and all of the desserts were home made. This place will rapidly climb up the list of the most popular restaurants in Granville. Don't say that you weren't told!
Good choices on menu. Plenty of food. Very friendly staff . Busy restaurant with quite a modern look. Very good value
This was one of our favourite dining experiences in France (and we were there for 25 days). The owner/operators of this hotel are so engaging, so accommodating...and the food was fantastic. We felt so welcomed in this restaurant, so appreciated. I would go back in a heartbeat, and I recommend it highly.
