Le Palais du Couscous - Granville

Good shakes, but the shares are a little fair. We emptied everything.

Restaurant proper to the decor. Various map with many alternatives of couscous. The mint tea is excellent, the couscous is copied and well presented, only small flat, it lacked assailing, especially salt. Too bad. Otherwise it remains a very good address.

It's a home couscous, hearty, quite honest: balanced seasoning, fresh and good quality vegetables, skewers and lamb ribs tasty calf (small flat on the merguez, but it's a matter of taste). The pastries were excellent and also home. Without pretending to revolutionize anything, this restaurant also has the virtue to make a balanced meal without fries, which in Granville is exceptional.
