Bottlecap Alley Icehouse Grill

I ordered chicken strips, which were served with cold fries. My sister-in-law was quite upset. It wasn’t a huge issue, but they charged me an extra 50 cents for a small container of ranch to go with my meal. I just can’t believe they’re charging for dipping sauces when the meal itself is already $12. Also, a soda costs $2.89. I understand that food prices are high, so I usually don’t complain, but the quality of the food was subpar, and it felt like they were nickel-and-diming me after serving me disappointing food.

Why isn't there a TV on the back deck? I really enjoy that space since I have a dog, and it's nice to sit outside. I love your food, but all we get is the audio. Would this place earn a 5-star rating if there was a TV above the deli? It would be great if someone from corporate could come and do a cost-benefit analysis, comparing the costs of a TV to the benefits of a deck that accommodates around 20 people. I've been visiting for quite some time.

Actually found this place by accident. The BEST burger every, anywhere. waitstaff were very friendly and efficient. For sure a family place. Will be back often

Wow, I just noticed this place has a 4-5 star rating from 400+ people, and they're not wrong. Cool vibe, my server (RJ) was incredibly quick and friendly without being annoying, which is always a treat. The food was relatively quick and tasted great and all for a reasonable price, especially for a sit down restaurant. Can reccomend!
