Charleys Cheesesteaks - Grapevine

Charley never lets me down. love, love, love to eat there and never disappoint them.

Stopped by last Wednesday and picked up a Philly cheesesteak with some cheese fries with bacon. Absolutely loved it!!!

I ordered 3 meals for myself and 2 coworkers. Our delivery driver was 30 mins late although the restaurant is only 5 mins away. Door Dash was willing to refund my money but because I ordered through the Charleys app they said call the restaurant and have them reach out to Door Dash so they could process the refund. I tried to call this store for a week and no one ever answered. I left a voicemail with the order number and explained the situation and no one ever called me back. I will never order from this location again.

I wish I can give a zero star I was standing in the line and the lady on the cash turned off the light and then said told me she's closed. Although I was there before the other people that she took their order. I turned my face to double check which meal my husband wants when I turned back she said we're closed. Very Rude Staff!!! I will never come back.

The cashier was friendly, got my food in a timely manner. This time though, I had to wait a little longer for them to figure out if the ultimate fries were actually mine. I asked for them to put it in a box for me and the young lady accused like it was a bother. She picked up my fries and said “They are right here”. I said yes, can you please put them in a box and she picked up a box and threw it back down. Then it was given to me. They acted like I was a bother. They got attitude and that’s a no no. I understand people have bad days but asking for a box is not one to snap at.
