Fireside Pies - Grapevine

I brought my family to this restaurant while we were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge, and the food was amazing! The bruschetta was delicious, and our pizza was fantastic! The crust on the pizza was just perfect! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

I had the Plank salmon, and it was decent, though a bit dry. The potatoes were quite dry as well. The Wedge Salad was enjoyable, but it's really meant to serve four people, not just one. The woman I was with ordered pepperoni pizza and was not a fan at all.

Soooo yummy! Do we have the garlic white, spinach artichokes and garlic bread? they were pretty busy, but the service was decent I only saw 2 waiters so requisit to them

You know if you have high expectations of amazing food before visiting. Usually it never works, but not only Fireside Pies meets expectations, they knocked it out of the park! Not since our visit to Italy we had such great pizza. The Prosciutto was fresh, salty, savory size with fresh, crisp Arugula. The combo was amazing! At first we thought it was strange that the prosciutto was placed on the pizza after the cake had been cooked, but the texture of the meat was absolutely the right way to go. The crust, the crust! The crust was perfectly cooked on both pizzas. Nothing beats a wood stove. The second pizza was a Hawaiian, but I had the Jalapeños. I could say the Balsamico-Drizzle was aged from the wealth of taste. Fireside Pies is worth finding out if you are?re everywhere in the Metroplex. Don't miss!

Absolutely delicious! You have to go right away! We tried the garlic white dip, spinach artichoke dip, and garlic bread, and they were all fantastic. The restaurant was quite busy, but the service was good—I'm impressed with the two waiters handling it all!
