Contribuisci feedbackCame here out of convenience to my job. Ended up waiting for 5 mins. When the lady finally arrived, after she acknowledging me. She continued to talk w her co worker. The owner had yo remind them a customer is in front. Went down hill after that bodylanguage was HORRIBLE!! I told her keep the food and I walked out. The owner was cool! He made my food personally and apologizedfor her. Much more than a LANGUAGE BARRIER just flat out poor customer service
The food?s okay but the service not so much and why those who only know English well should be hired in this mainly English-speaking country. I asked for chicken tacos with lettuce, sour cream, and cheese. Simple enough, right? Apparently notwhen the lady had added onions and peppers AND forgot the lettuce and cheese! I told her about the lettuce and she had a hardtime understanding me because it?s apparently perfectly okay for her to take everyone?s order and expect to make it correctlydespite hardly knowing English.
Their tacos are pretty good, although they are very small. They are not very friendly, and charge you extra for EVERYTHING. They usually charge extra for their queso and beans which is understandable, but please tell me WHY you would charge extra for SHREDDED CHEESE and ONIONS! I refuse to give these people any more buisness.
The tacos were in order. the side of the bonn tasted not good? the tear could have hurried a little more.
If you’re gonna offer food in America at a convenience store, at least employee someone who speaks and understands ENGLISH!!!
