Jimmy John's - Grapevine

I ordered delivery to my job since it’s harder for me to leave, and service was great. They forgot a couple things but I called and spoke to James and he had them delivered right away! Very great service.

Always excellent service and staff. James in particular is very attentive to the customers needs.

The service is really downhill at this point. It regularly takes 15 to 20 minutes to place an order on the app. In addition, they seem to have baked on some ingredients. So much for Freaky Fast.

3x ordered in the last 2 months and had to cancel after an hour because they were never delivered. The sandwiches are good if you actually get them to deliver them. My friend just ordered yesterday and his food was never delivered, canceled after 55 minutes and then after 10 minutes the driver went out and asked him where he was.... You have the address on the order. I hope a DM sees it and looks at it. There's a problem in this place. 3 hours of lunch, never eating. You prefer Jimmy Johns, but order Jersey Mike now.
