Rainforest Cafe Grapevine Mills

We made a reservation for 7 PM, which seems to be their closing time, so they really shouldn't be accepting reservations that late. We faced quite a bit of trouble for being just 7 minutes late, even though the booking confirmation mentioned a 15-minute grace period. Additionally, we wanted to add a few more people to our reservation, and the restaurant was almost empty, yet they still gave us a hard time about that. On a positive note, our waiter and the food were excellent.

I visited Rainforest Cafe for the first time to celebrate my daughter's 7th birthday, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic!

Service was great, but the food was mid. Overpriced for sure. I have been eating at rainforest cafés since I was a child and over the years the quality has gone down. Still a great environment for kids. Celebrated my sons 5th birthday there and he liked it.

It was my birthday. Waitress was great even though it was very busy.

Our server was excellent, food took over 45 minutes to come to the table. It was average. Our reservation was at 4:45 and not many people in the restaurant but was packed when we left. You pay for the ambience
