Taco Bueno - Grapevine

Longtime customers will be disappointed with the shortcuts of this product. I ordered two crispy tacos which had a good sized shell but no meat, no cheese and sparse lettuce. Kinda disappointed when I was looking at ad saying no shortcuts. Price was 2.49 each

Some of the worst tacos for the price I've ever had. hopefully you can see a picture of my taco attached. all six i ordered were like this, half full of nothing. at least fake it and stuff it with low cost lettuce. really poor food, i'd stay clear of this franchise.

I understand hiring the handicapped but sometimes they may not be suited to this job. The handicapped guy rushed in front of my 99yr old mom to holler that she couldn’t sit at ‘his table’. Then he walked in circles as we ate so he was constantly walking behind me. On top of that, the food is horrible. And the cashier just looked at me when I asked a question about the menu. Go somewhere else. This place is sketch and the food stinks

I really enjoy Taco Bueno if I am not craving Taco Bell. (lol) Bueno has better and higher quality ingredients. I have both dined in and gone through the drive-through and I’ve never had any issues. Staff was great and I was on my way.Parking: Parking is very easy to get in and out of as well as the drive-through.Wheelchair accessibility: This establishment is ADA compliant.

Clean but boring, staff not very welcoming, food has gotten less exciting over the past couple of years, condiment bar has been shrinking in offerings.
