Contribuisci feedbackVisited and my order was made incorrectly. The wrong fries and cheese on a burger for someone lactose intolerant. Not a huge deal but disappointing. I contacted customer support through the app. They responded promptly and offered to resolve the issue. After almost 30 days I have not received any further communication. I reached out again to the same district manager and it has been several more days without a response. Disappointing food and moreso the customer service. District manager that contacted me is named Zandro Villamil
This visit wasn't much better than the last one. Totally messed up my order, as well as the person ahead of, and behind me. Between the rising of cost of fast food and the lack of work ethic, not to mention the health risks, why bother going here at all?
Love the jumbo egg rolls. 3 big ones for about $6. Satisfies me every time!
They didn't give me my curly fry and tried to refund me by sending me some mystery coupon in the mail. I live in a state that doesn't have Jack in the Box, so that isn't really refunding me.
I will not be getting take out at this place again. Food wasn't good and was cold and staleOne bite and threw out the rest. Shame on you for serving
