Robust, sale, pilsner, bigger, IPA and new for me, hard water, similar to hard selzer, no fizzy. Peanut butter and mango was delicious. Basic bar menu and wine also available. Good service and friendly staff. Limited external seats.
Friendly staff, good atmosphere and delicious beer! Just below is that it was not pet-friendly on the terrace that was a total bummer.
In the rear corner of the GNG shopping center is this picturesque little brewery name Birchwood Brewing. What a great thing I think I found my new favorite place. The owners are very friendly locals. He's a veteran who's also the Braumeister. I had a flight with beer in the flight, I think there were six beers and two water for cleaning. Hands down the best beer there was the red beer. It didn't seem like a red beer I've ever had because it lacked the bitter taste that comes with it. They serve only freshly baked pulps, but the owner encouraged us to order and eat it there. That worked really well, we order the pizzas of Jess and Nick's and ate it while we watch the band. I never went to the previous facility, but I say that's nothing like it used to be. The interior has beautiful tables and many of them had snack boards to play in cards. The walls have some milled metal art of the animal world. As if this was not enough, I believe that this place to be pet friendly, we saw a few pets on linen while our dinner enjoyed. This is a good little place where I was not too crowded that we never had to wait for drinks and the drinks were amazing.
The atmosphere, the owners, the music, and the location were all five stars! The beer was four stars, but I'm rounding up because of how great this place is! Thanks for coming to Gray!
