Las Iguanas Lakeside - Grays

When we arrived, a staff member informed us that they only accept reservations. I inquired about booking a table, but was told they were fully booked. After checking online, I saw availability and made a reservation. The food was served late and not up to par, and when I requested to take it to go, I was told there were no lids for the containers. I had to awkwardly carry my leftovers without proper packaging. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning.

A very long wait for the service for eating and drinking, even if it had been busy, I would have expected better and then overloaded by four drinks, I don't think we would return here.

We went to las iguanas on lakeside on Monday bank holiday 31. May 2021. Although it was very busy, we were able to book a table for an hour and half, so we hanged around the shopping center until our time was up. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. eating was very good and a good value for money. I didn't go to enjoy getting a free deal on the cocktails, but will go back definately as they looked very good. if at all, I would say that the muisc was quite loud, but that did not affect our experience and the whole family was quite happy.

Delicious vegan food and love the drink offer buy 1 get 1 free. the menu has the choice for all. everyone had a good time. I would go back there in a way.

The food and drinks were fantastic, with attentive service. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere. The 241 cocktail offer was excellent value for money. I would definitely come back again!
