Grayslake Dog N Suds Drive-in

Prices are amazing compared to everything else around, minus Big Jack's who have amazing well priced food). The drive in vibe is great, along with the old music playing to go with it. My only gripe would be that it closes during fall/winter : I'd easily stop in for pickup during the winter. Yall low key need a drive thru for the winter months.

Went to try to get dinner on their last day of the season. Normally their menu is really good but I docked a star this time mainly because they barely had anything left on the menu. Again normally, service is always great. They find some decent highschool kids to work for them and they are kind and quick to get food outside to your car. Food otherwise is decent and wellpriced for American fast food. I like coming for the drinks. They really hit the spot in the summer. Shakes, malts, root beerfloats, and ice cold slushes.

Had lunch there today, not only was the food good and hot, the service was superb! Olivia P went above and beyond! So friendly, checked to see if we needed anything multiple times. All the servers came out smiling, obviously loving their jobs. Olivia, youset the standard high for other workers in fast food. Great Job!

NOT IMPRESSED!!! Went and tried Dog N Suds for the first time and I was far from impressed with the quality of my order. The fries were luke warm at best and it seemed like it was only a half an order for the price. The Chicago Dog was not warm at all.Seemed like they turned off the steamer an hour ago and just let the dogs sit there pretending to stay warm. And the TexasBurger was less than desirable. It looked like they made it earlier and left it sit and decided it was time to get rid of it andgive it to me. The chili sauce was all absorbed by the bun, there was barely any lettuce or special sauce on it, and it didn 'thave any pickles on it that I asked for when I ordered it. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is because theserver that helped me was quick, patient, and courteous. Overall, pretty disappointing for my first visit... and probably lastvisit.
